This was one of the first meal prep recipes I made because it’s quick, easy, and requires minimal ingredients. It can easily be modified to fit your preferences and great when you want to clean your fridge of any ingredients!
1. Chop your vegetables.
2. Grease a pan with avocado oil spray and brown ground beef for 4 minutes.
3. Add in onions and bell peppers. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes.
4. Add in the zucchini and SF stir fry sauce. Mix well.
5. Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes or until the zucchini is cooked through.
6. Add seasonings of choice (onion powder, garlic powder, ginger) and mix well.
7. Divide into 4 equal servings (1.25 c), top with sesame seeds, & add a side of choice (0.5 c white rice)
